They separated five years ago, and now it's happening all over again. I'm living back at home, dealing with parents who don't get along. Almost feels like the past five years never even happened.

And thank you for putting a solid man in my life who is willing to be a pillar of strength for me and nothing more until life settles down enough for me to think clearly again. <3
I think too many people forget that they Have changed in the years they were away from home. That's why so many people have a Hard time moving home, it's like they're moving backwards instead of stepping forward and everyone learning how to be who they are instead of who they were.
ReplyDeleteThankfully I was a jerk and did that to my parents, so even though my siblings are still slower to stand on their own that way it'll be a little easily for them.
